Your dashboard

A tour of your dashboard: the five tabs at the bottom of the screen, and the four groups in More.

Your dashboard has five tabs at the bottom of the screen: Overview, Products, Today, Orders and More.

At the top: your shop's link, and its status.
To do: your orders to do, on Pro the ones not fully paid, new contacts from your visitors and products marked sold out. Tap to go there.
Your last seven days: visits, orders and products. On Pro, Your orders: the week, the ones delivered, what you marked paid and what is still to collect.
Quick actions: add a product, or a special for today, in one tap.
Further down: your popular products, and your subscription, with your WhatsApp assistant.

Everything you sell. Tap a product to change it (see Edit your products).

One photo and a caption on your shop for 24 hours, like a WhatsApp status (see Today's specials).

Every order sent from your shop, with its number. Its red number counts the orders to do (see My orders).

At the top of More, four tabs; My shop opens first. A number on a tab tells you something is waiting there.

My info and photos: your name, your numbers, your currency, your colour and your photos (see My info and photos).
My products and Today's specials: the same pages as the two tabs.
Links & documents: your social networks, and a PDF such as your menu or your prices (see Links and a PDF menu).
My link & QR code: a QR code to print for your counter, and your link to share (see Share your shop).
View my shop: your shop, exactly as your customers see it.

My orders: the same page as the Orders tab (see My orders).
My customers: their orders, their total and, on Pro, what they still owe.
Delivery: whether you deliver, whether customers can pick up, and on Pro your delivery areas with their fees (see My orders).
Statistics: who visits your shop, and how many want to order. It fills up once you share your link (see Your statistics).

My WhatsApp assistant: for you — chat with it on WhatsApp to run your shop, and see how many messages you used today (see Your WhatsApp assistant).
My shop page assistant: for your visitors — it answers them when you can't, from what you teach it. It comes with Pro, and with your free trial (see Your shop's assistant).

Payment history: every payment you have made: subscription, migration fees, top-ups.
Settings: your language, your login number, your shop's visibility, and help (see Settings).
Help & tutorials: every tutorial, with its video and its step-by-step article.
Below: your subscription and the button to pay (see Standard or Pro), then Log out.
